Roast chicken, braised ham haugh, crushed onions, parsley and garlic pressed and lined with

parmaham garnished with homemade piccalilli and toast.

Breaded haggis bon bons shallow fried, garnished with dressed leaves and garlic and caper

mayonnaise, whisky dressing and dressed leaves

Auld Raes chicken liver parfait, served with red onion marmalade, dressed

mixed leaves and toast.
