and haggis, neeps and tatties encased in filo pastry garnished,  garnished with

peppery peashoots  toasted oat meal and a maple syrup and  whisky dressing.

 

Stuffed Portopello Mushrooms

Stuffed oven roasted Portobello mushrooms, topped with sauteed spinach topped with a poached egg and

spiced glazed hollandaise sauce.

 

Salmon and Smoked Mackerel Rillets

confit salmon and smoked mackerel bound with lemon and dill mayonnaise, garnished with compressed

pickled cucumber and crisp croutons.

 

.Stornoway Black Pudding Salad

Breaded and shallow fried Stornoway black pudding, boiled quails egg and
